Jonathan Brown Jr’s BBQ sauce has a thin base and a very unique taste. It’s great on chicken, pork chops, hamburgers when cooking in the kitchen or grilling.

Spinach Salad from the Kitchen of Irma T. Gause
•Fresh baby spinach, washed and dried in colander
•Chopped English Walnuts
•Mandarin oranges fresh or canned
•Craisins to taste
•Diced onions
•Boiled eggs
•Diced fresh apple
•Crispy fried bacon, crushed
Mix all of any of the ingredients above (to taste). Pour JBJ’s sauce over salad immediately before serving and toss. It is a great salad. You can add or delete anything you’d like.

Crock Pot Roast Beef
Put roast beef in crock pot. Add 1 cup JBJ’s marinate to roast beef. Cook on high for a few hours, then turn to low and cook for 3 or 4 more hours. Slice meat and leave in crock pot until ready to serve to soak up the juice. Delicious.

Rack of Pork Ribs
•1 Whole rack of pork ribs
•At least ½ bottle of JBJ’s poured on top of ribs
Bake for 2 to 3 hours on 300 degrees with bone side up then turn over and back another 30 minutes or so till meat on top looks brown. I used a long baking pan lined in tin foil so you don’t lose any of the sauce. Finger licking good.
